Company Description Municipal Collections of America Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Lansing, IL. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, strong analytical and problem solving skills, while delivering excellent call quality. The representative will also handle data entry and maintain accurate records of interactions while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, focusing on negotiations and resolving concerns efficiently Outstanding Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with in a professional manner Proficiency in support tasks and troubleshooting call inquiries effectively Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including the use of CRM tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism Previous experience in call center collections or customer service role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is a plus Bilingual Spanish a definite plus
