About the role

This is a long term temporary assignment with the potential for direct hire in the future. Reports to the President of a large non-profit in the Times Square area. The EA will oversee and coordinate high level administrative functions for the President including: Manage and coordinate the President's complex and dynamic calendar Coordinate executive-level meeting, board meetings, special events Review and prioritize correspondence and communications directed to the President Work closely with the Director of Communications, prepare, review, edit and finalize reports and presentations, briefing materials, agendas, talking points and executive correspondence Pay in the $40/hour range Benefits information Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and sick time Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
