QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager – Fire Protection & Fire Alarm SME to lead technical efforts on life-safety projects. The role collaborates with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and AHJs to ensure compliant designs, testing, and commissioning across data center facilities. You will guide procurement, review hydraulics and alarm systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to support approvals and occupancy milestones.
