Located in Humble, TX, this position is essential for facilitating vehicle rentals and enhancing the overall customer experience within our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries and provide detailed information about available options. Manage rental agreements and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Maintain organized records of rental transactions and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person to address their needs. Negotiate rental terms with customers to ensure satisfaction while meeting company standards. Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and products. Schedule &
Pay: Starting pay: $16.00/hour
Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMWeek 2: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM with Saturday required, Sunday off, and one additional weekday off
Requirements:
