Description: Know compressors? Like troubleshooting? Want to be the person who makes sure the equipment is ready before it hits the field? Midwest Compressor Systems is looking for a Compressor Technician - Testing & Commissioning to join our Manufacturing team. This isn't just a "watch the gauges" job. You'll set up, start, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and test gas and electric compressor systems before they leave our facility. You'll work with pressures, temperatures, flows, vibration, instrumentation, and performance data to make sure our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for the customer. We're looking for someone who has: Experience with natural gas compressors, rotating equipment, or industrial machinery Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to understand P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and test procedures Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safetyA dependable, team-first attitude Compressor test-loop and instrumentation experience is a plus-but strong compressor and mechanical experience matters.
