The successful candidate will be a key player in the acceleration of the adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence capabilities. This role is pivotal in bridging business objectives with technical execution, supporting the delivery of AI opportunities, and driving meaningful business outcomes through AI enablement. The Officer will be responsible for supporting the execution of AI Product Operating Domains, assisting in framing business intake requirements, contributing to the development of business cases, and managing AI initiatives from ideation to implementation. Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to coordinate across business, data, product, and technology stakeholders. Applicants for the AI Strategy & Product Management Officer position at the company should have a high-level understanding of enterprise data assets, data management concepts, and AI deployment models. Familiarity with AI delivery approaches and an understanding of business intake processes, requirement definition, and technology delivery lifecycles are also required. The role demands an individual with an analytical mindset, the ability to communicate complex information effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in strategy, product management, transformation, innovation, technology, or AI-related initiatives. Exposure to financial services, asset management, or fintech environments is a plus, as is knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or enterprise AI governance frameworks.
