Wells is seeking an experienced EHS & DOT Compliance Manager to promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. The role analyzes safety data, identifies risks, and implements corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.
Responsibilities include:
DOT driver files, safety reporting, inspections, audits, and regulatory support. A bachelor’s in safety or related field and 5+ years in safety are preferred.
