About the role
Responsibilities: Manage billing, attorney time entry, expense reporting, and reimbursements
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative materials
Support client intake and conflict check processes
Assist with litigation-related administrative tasks, including e-filing
Collaborate with administrative teams and provide backup support as needed
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications: 3–5 years of legal administrative or legal assistant experience
Prior law firm experience required
Strong billing, time entry, and expense reporting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with e‑filing and legal support systems
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
