About the role
- Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of New JerseyAt least 1 year of full time RN nursing experience in the Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care Unit (CCU), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Current ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications required
- Prior SCTU (Specialty Care Transportation Unit) experience preferred but not required
- Obtain NJ EMT Certification within 6 months of hire
- Organization and the ability to properly utilize a confined space
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting as needed
- Excellent inter-personal skills and attention to patient comfort
- Detail-oriented regarding protocol adherence and documentation compliance
- Ability to think quickly and react appropriately in critical situations without the presence of a physician
- Capacity to maintain composure while working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
