BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering, and Program/Project Management Services to the Federal and private sectors.Position SummaryBB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team, supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Honolulu District (POH) Programs & Project Management Division (PPMD) with planning and project development support for an upcoming surge of FY27 projects. Work will be performed on-site at USACE Honolulu District facilities in Honolulu, HI, using Government-furnished computers. This position is contingent upon contract award, and there are two (2) openings.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist PPMD in the planning and project development for each Program by coordinating projects and the Project Development Team (PDT)Prepare and maintain project management plansProvide cost tracking and documentation supportCompile documentation for project site approval by the GovernmentFacilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring proper identification as a contractor at all timesProvide administrative and support duties as requiredKey QualificationsU.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is requiredSoftware: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Primavera P6 is requiredStrong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writingSelf-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomouslyRequirementsExperience: Fifteen (15) or more years of total relevant experience is required. In addition, a minimum of three (3) full years of experience in the construction industry performing project planning, program analysis, or project controls, of which one (1) year must be in a U.S. Government or DoD contracting environment, is requiredEducation: A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, architecture, or a related field is required; four (4) years of direct, relevant experience may be substituted for the degreePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand/walk/climb/kneel/crouch and remain in a stationary position/sit at least 60% of the timeAbility to operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc.Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and armsCapable of lifting up to 10 lbs.Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet awayAbility to understand the speech of another person, speak clearly so listeners can understand, and talk or hear both in person and by telephoneBenefitsCompetitive compensation packages. $125,000-$180,000 annually. This range represents good-faith compensation for the position at the time of posting.
