About the role
Empowering clients with expert guidance, the full-time Research Consultant will manage complex research projects, mentor junior team members, and train customers on an Agile Insights Platform, working in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Guide clients through sophisticated online survey design to meet complex research needs
Deliver bespoke insights and mentor junior team members in market research methodologies
Train new customers on software usage, ensuring effective integration into their daily work
Required qualifications
Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research
Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design and quantitative methods
Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent consulting skills with a strong presence in client interactions
