Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced team in California. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order information accurately, and handling a steady volume of phone-based interactions. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound communication while delivering detail-focused, solution-focused service.
Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls with a courteous approach, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs in a timely manner. Place outbound calls as needed to provide updates, gather information, and support follow-up communication with customers. Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and timing. Assist customers with product, service, or order-related inquiries by providing clear and helpful information. Maintain detailed records of conversations, requests, and order activity to support efficient service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional research, escalation, or resolution. Manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.
