As Receptionist/Office Manager, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Answering multi-line phone system Greet persons entering showroom Performing administrative support to Accounting Department, including filing Maintain Showroom and Sample Room Maintain Office Supplies Support to Project Mangers Pre-Qualifications Preliminary Notices Manage cellular phone account USPS/FedEx/UPS Maintain kitchen supplies Prepare light weekly breakfast Successful candidates will be punctual, have a high attention to detail and be willing to ensure that customers and clients receive the highest level of customer service. This position is full time 7:30AM-4PM with medical/dental/vacation/sick/401K benefits. Salary is D.O.E. and advancement opportunities are dependent upon abilities. No phone calls.
