About the role
Collections Specialist Remote Job Duties: Meet the defined productivity metric of a minimum of 30 daily claim touches while maintaining a high quality standard of collection efforts performedComplete high volume phone calls and web portal inquiries to assigned payors in a fast paced, goal oriented environmentTenacity to follow through on all collection issues, including but not limited to the reprocessing of incorrectly denied claims and resolving client discrepancies and partial paymentsProvide excellent customer service to peers, management, and clients at all timesReport daily to project manager on tasks completed and potential obstacles encounteredParticipate in project team stand-up meetingsMust communicate & follow up effectively with assigned payor mixEnlist the efforts of project team leads and management when necessary to accelerate the collection processPerform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the project team
