About the role
Duties:
You will conduct training sessions designed to update, improve, and upgrade the knowledge and skills of others by selecting, modifying, and using various instructional methods and techniques. You will keep necessary progress records and, in conjunction with the shop supervisor, evaluate the trainees progress, makes recommendations for additional training as appropriate. You will develop and administer quizzes or formal examinations to test progress of the class and adequacy of training. You will conduct formal/informal or on-the-job training with topics such as Composite/Structural Adhesive Bonding, Blueprint Reading, etc.
