About the role
- Coordinate onboarding from offer through the first 90 days, including paperwork, equipment and system setup, first-week schedules, and check-ins
- Maintain timesheet and mileage trackers, send reminders, and review submissions for completeness
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials for hiring managers
- Track training completions, certifications, and performance review dates
- Keep HR records, job descriptions, and policy acknowledgments organized and current
- Support CARF accreditation by organizing evidence, running quality and compliance checks, and tracking follow-up items
- Coordinate emergency drill documentation, volunteers, and in-kind donations
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Executive-level administrative experience. HR experience preferred.
- Experience with onboarding, payroll support, or compliance trackingCARF or other accreditation experience is a big plus
- Strong skills with Excel and office software
- Discretion with confidential information and a sharp eye for detail
- ScheduleFull-time, in office Monday through Friday. Choose 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, with flexibility to help you beat traffic.
