Salary & Benefits: $1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff! $20.81 an hour or $21.85 with MAP Certification Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage. Paid vacation, holidays and sick time. 401k with employer matching, supervision, training, advancement opportunities and many more
Schedule: Saturday-9AM-9PM Sunday-9 AM-PM (24 Hours)
Essential Job Functions:
  • Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agency's values and mission in all interactions
  • Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life
  • Implement Individual Service PlansAssist individuals with Activities of Daily living, including household tasks and chores
  • Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agency's van
  • Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction
  • Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work
  • Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written
Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or GEDActive and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing
  • Ability to assist in a restraint if needed
  • Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred
