About the role

Testing Technician We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Technician with strong electrical expertise to support our quality assurance operations on. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet stringent quality and compliance standards, with a focus on electrical testing and troubleshooting. Shift availability:1st 6 am to 2:30 pm 2nd 5:30 pm to 2 amwith flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on products, including high-voltage testing. Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, vision systems).Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to verify product integrity. Handle and assemble large-gauge cables and perform light mechanical assembly. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards during manufacturing accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits in accordance with established quality systems. Participate in quality audits and assist in corrective actions for non-conformities. Follow all safety, documentation, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications: 2–5 years of electrical industry experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.2-year technical degree in Applied Electrical Engineering or equivalent (college coursework or industry experience accepted).Skilled in using standard electrical test tools and troubleshooting techniques. High-voltage testing experience required. Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
