About the role

The role: You will own our marketing calendar, web content, CRM content and social channels across the US and UK. You will turn our brands, our expertise and our London clinic into content that builds demand and drives sales, with a focus on growing our US business. You report to our London-based Head of Ecommerce and Marketing and work closely with our graphic designer and our ecommerce and acquisition team. Your working day overlaps with the London team each morning.
About Embassy of Beauty: Embassy of Beauty finds the world's most exceptional niche skincare brands: the ones often overlooked, which deliver remarkable results. Every brand we stock passes our curation standard of authenticity, efficacy and transparency, and our team tests every product across a range of skin types before it reaches a customer. We sell online in the UK and the US, run a treatment clinic at our London home in Kensington, and are opening our US office in Boca Raton. Our anchor brand is Biologique Recherche, alongside a curated edit of clinical skincare brands.
What you will do:
  • Own the marketing calendar for the US and UK: promotions, launches, emails, onsite and social.
  • Own all website content: product pages, brand pages, landing pages, journal articles and SEO copy.
  • Own CRM content: write every email campaign, automated flow and loyalty message for both markets, working with our Acquisition and Retention Manager on segments and results.
  • Plan and run our Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to posting and community management.
  • Plan content shoots with our graphic designer and our London clinic team, and create US content locally with creators and our product testing.
  • Write launch stories for every new brand we bring in.
  • Run creator and influencer seeding, starting with the US, and track what it delivers.
  • Manage US press requests, product placements and events.
  • What you bring
  • Three or more years in marketing or content for a premium beauty or skincare brand or retailer.
  • Experience marketing to US customers, and knowledge of the US beauty and creator landscape.
  • A portfolio of published writing you are proud of, including web and email copy.
  • Experience writing CRM emails and automated flows, ideally in Klaviyo.
  • Proof that you have grown a brand social account and worked with creators.
  • The ability to plan a shoot and brief a designer, and to film short-form video on a phone.
  • The organization to run one calendar across two markets.
  • An interest in skincare ingredients and results, not only aesthetics.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
