We’re recruiting on behalf of a global marketing activation partner known for creating meaningful and sustainable brand experiences with major global brands. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team, focusing on print and point-of-sale (POS)/retail displays projects. This company is renowned for its innovative approach to marketing execution, leveraging technology and a vast network of experts to deliver efficient and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Understand client goals and industry trends to deliver strategic, brand-aligned solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution — from briefs and quoting to production and delivery
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving issues within agreed SLAsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to meet deadlines
  • Work directly with suppliers to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Review samples and creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand standards
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights for optimization
  • Skills & Experience 3+ years in a client-facing account management/project management role
  • Experience with print and/or point of sale (POS) programs
  • Proven track record in managing supplier relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining strong vendor communication
  • Strong project/order management skills with exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
