This role involves presenting Ncrease.io’s solutions, understanding client needs, and tailoring value-focused proposals to drive new business and support account growth. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inbound inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive customer experience. The role also includes participating in product and sales training, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on sales processes and market trends.\n \n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and support a positive client experience.\n Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities in a B2B or tech-focused environment.\n Experience with Sales Management activities such as tracking KPIs, managing a sales funnel, and using CRM tools.\n Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and self-directed work habits.\n Ability to analyze customer needs, present clear solutions, and adapt messaging to different audiences.\n Relevant education or practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.\n
