Qualifications: 1. Valid Washington State real estate license.2. Embrace a tech-savvy mindset.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Oral and Written)3. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.4. A positive mindset and attitude with emphasis of being a team player.5. Excellent time management and follow up skills.6. Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.7. Able to show clients homes in Kitsap, Pierce and possibly Thurston Counties.
Responsibilities: Conduct property showings, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers. Assist clients in the buying process, providing expert advice and guidance. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Follow up with leads, sphere and past clients. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
