About the role

Unispace is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to lead talent acquisition for the New York office and provide hiring support across the USA. You will work full-time on site with our New York studio team, partnering with HR and hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre‑construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure top talent. You will manage high volumes of live roles, build long‑term talent pipelines, and act as a brand ambassador
