About the role

Hearts Alive Village is building a stronger, more sustainable fundraising program, and we're looking for the person who will create and manage the systems behind it. This is an operations role, not a marketing or communications role. If you love a clean database, an accurate gift record, and a calendar where nothing slips, keep reading.
What you'll do: Set up and manage our new donor CRM: configure it, migrate and clean our donor data, build workflows and reports, and document how it all works Process gifts, including entry, deposits, reconciliation with finance, and tax receipts Keep the grant calendar and files in order so every deadline is met Support the Development Manager with scheduling, meeting prep, and board and committee materials Keep donor stewardship on time and pull lists and materials together for campaigns Who you are 2+ years in database administration, gift processing, development operations, administrative support, or a related field Hands-on experience with a CRM or donor database, and comfortable setting up new software Strong spreadsheet skills and exceptional attention to detail Organized, dependable, and happiest when a process works the way it should Experience with Bloomerang, Little Green Light, Donor Perfect, or a similar donor CRM is a plus The details Reports to the Development Manager. Remote now, full-time in-office in Las Vegas by January 2027. Candidates must live in the Las Vegas area or be prepared to relocate before the office opens. This role offers a path toward Development Manager.
Benefits include: PTO, medical, life insurance, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, and a veterinary care discount for your pets. Hearts Alive Village is an equal opportunity employer.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
