About the role
Vast Electrical Contractors, dba Vast Services, is a Certified General and Electrical Contracting company in Miami, Florida looking for a skilled commercial service coordinator to work throughout Florida. Specializing in commercial service work for an array of different commercial clientele. Experience in the construction industry is a MUST.
NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Candidate Requirements Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Minimum five years of verifiable experience in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (training provided for in-house and client software)
Responsibilities Communicate with clients or employers about project expectations and goals
Collaborate with clients/employers, finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Organize third‑party providers and vendors for elements that cannot be produced in‑house
Oversee project delivery and make adjustments as necessary to meet specifications and high standards
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
Provide verbal and written communication to clarify project requirements and explain needs to employees and third‑party providers
Pay attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
Apply problem‑solving abilities to correct challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
Exercise decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing matters when time is limited
Organize and manage time to handle multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
Lead and motivate team members to make consistent progress
Set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress
