What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing teamhelping produce high-quality garage doors that our customers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production: Work on the production line assembling garage doors using tools, materials, and step-by-step processes Material Handling: Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (training provided if needed)Quality Checks: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standardsyour attention to detail matters Inventory Support: Help keep materials organized, stocked, and ready for production Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE to maintain a safe work environment Teamwork: Collaborate with your crew and supervisors to hit daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
You don't need experiencewe'll train you. What matters most is your work ethic and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold conditions may vary)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule:
