Our Client Is seeking a reliable and motivated Processing Operator to join our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting continuous operations and meeting customer demand. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, food production, machine operation, or processing environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Shift: Sunday- Thursday 10:30pm- 7:00am
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $27.00
Responsibilities: Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards. Monitor product flow throughout the processing operation and ensure continuous production. Adjust equipment settings to maintain proper product specifications, temperatures, moisture levels, and consistency. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor operational adjustments when necessary. Assist with machine changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities. Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and processing procedures in English. Follow directions and established operating procedures accurately at all times.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to read and follow production instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and work instructions in English. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Basic math skills with the ability to perform measurements, conversions, and calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Blending or mixing experience is a plus but not required. Forklift driving experience is a plus but not required.
