About the role

General Laborer We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join a growing rug manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities: Assist with the production and handling of rugs. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
