Sales Development Representative (Contract) — Ride the WaveRemote | Independent Contractor About the role Ride the Wave is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to run our outbound sales engine on a contract basis. No prior sales experience required — if you're motivated, coachable, and ready to work hard, we'll give you what you need to succeed. This is a results-driven engagement for a self-starter who thrives on generating qualified leads, booking appointments that convert, and keeping a healthy pipeline flowing to our Account Executives. We want you to start and progress your sales career here. We are a rapidly growing company that needs hardworking and motivated individuals with tons of opportunity for promotion within a year if you show strong results! What you'll own Full outbound sales activity, from prospecting through follow-upGenerating and qualifying leads with a focus on high appointment show rates Partnering with Account Executives to convert your leads into closed deals Keeping accurate lead data and clean tracking in our CRMRecommending improvements to sales and CRM workflows Target deliverables A high-volume outreach cadence in the range of 150 calls per day Consistent lead generation supporting 4+ closed deals per month A well-maintained, up-to-date pipeline Engagement terms Independent contractor (you manage your own taxes, tools, and schedule) Availability during EST business hours for team coordination and lead follow-upCompensation: $2,000/month base Performance bonus: $600 per account closed by an AE from your generated leads, with additional performance-based incentives availableOTE: $5,000 -$8,000 per month
