About the role

Develop and scale technology solutions for trading, quantitative research, strategy development, backtesting, and production trading. Work closely with trading and strategy teams to identify commercial opportunities and build platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and systems that support them.
Requirements: Candidates should have strong mathematical and analytical ability, a strong software engineering background, and experience working closely with trading desks, quantitative teams, or strategy teams. They should bring commercial awareness and the ability to solve complex problems from both trading and technology perspectives; experience with Python and large-scale systems is relevant, while C++, Java, or other performance-oriented languages are also valuable.
