About the role
- Clean and sanitize compounding equipment and machine parts
- Maintain cleanliness of lab workspaces and production areas
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Organize and store compounding equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory of cleaning and lab materials
- Distribute equipment and supplies to compounding teams
- Ensure equipment is functioning and ready for production
- Report maintenance or servicing needs when identified
- Help maintain a safe, contamination-free lab environment
- Support pharmacy teams in maintaining quality and safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and cleaning protocols
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stay organized and maintain structured routines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
