About the role
Leading analytics initiatives, the full-time salaried Analytics Team Lead will manage product lifecycles, collaborate with clients and staff to define requirements, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex analytics initiatives by planning and executing advanced technical projects and overseeing data analysis and reporting outputs
Own and manage analytics product lifecycles, defining product vision, roadmaps, and requirements while incorporating stakeholder feedback
Translate product vision into delivered solutions by communicating requirements to developers and guiding implementation to ensure alignment with objectives
Required Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. with residency in the U.S. for at least three of the past five years
Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of experience, including four years supporting federal and state health agencies
Experience conducting complex data analysis and using visualization techniques for decision-making in program administration
Demonstrated experience leading teams within an Agile project framework to deliver analytics products
Prior experience with federal clients such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is preferred
