About Our Client:
Our client is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a strong national presence and a reputation for operational excellence. Your Responsibilities as a Leader: Assist with strategic initiatives and daily operations for ~10 assets. Lead initiatives to maximize NOI. Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets. Adhere to all compliance regulations and local laws. Deliver the highest level of tenant satisfaction. The Skills & Experience You Possess: 5+ years in a regional supervisor or manager role within property management. Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders. Hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through. CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred. Ability to train, develop, and retain highly engaged teams. Perks and Benefits You'll Receive: Base salary up to $100,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
