About the role
Director of Client Services, IT Staffing Cincinnati, OH (Remote/Hybrid Client-Facing) We’re seeking a Director of Client Services to help expand and elevate sales across two established, high-impact client relationships while also generating new growth in the Cincinnati market. This is a fully remote role with regular in-person client visits, so the ideal candidate must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for a proven IT staffing sales and/or account management professional who is highly self-directed, relationship-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Own account strategy and execution for two core client relationships, including growth plans, stakeholder mapping, and expansion opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, retention, satisfaction, and increased spend.
Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality, speed, and consistency in IT staffing outcomes.
Identify, qualify, and close new mid-market opportunities locally (net-new logos).Conduct regular client touchpoints (virtual and onsite): QBRs, performance reviews, workforce planning sessions, and relationship maintenance.
Track and report activity, pipeline, and account performance; maintain accurate documentation and forecasting.
Operate with high autonomy, prioritizing effectively in a remote environment.
What You Need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales and/or account management.
Proven ability to grow existing accounts (expansion within current clients).Comfortable prospecting and developing new mid-market business locally.
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and able to operate independently in a fully remote role.
Strong client presence and ability to build credibility with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Experience managing complex IT staffing accounts (multiple stakeholders, ongoing requisitions, changing priorities).Job Number 8164
