Project AdministratorProject AdministrationAssist Project Managers with daily project management activities from pre-construction through project closeout.Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.Support project setup and ensure documentation compliance with company procedures.Financial ManagementAssist in preparing project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.Track and monitor project costs, labor utilization, and material expenditures.Assist with preparation and review of owner billings and subcontractor invoices.Support change order pricing, negotiations, and execution.Help identify and manage potential project risks affecting profitability.Procurement & SchedulingCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedules to support field operations.Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.Monitor lead times and ensure timely procurement of long-lead items.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project requirements.Field Operations SupportCollaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel to ensure project execution aligns with schedules and budgets.Participate in site visits and project meetings.Assist in resolving project issues related to scope, schedule, quality, or logistics.Support implementation of quality control measures and project documentation.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.Attend project meetings and prepare meeting documentation.Maintain professional relationships and provide timely responses to project-related inquiries.Support efforts to identify and secure future project opportunities through excellent client service.Project CloseoutCoordinate punch list completion.Compile warranties, O&M manuals, as-built documentation, and closeout packages.Ensure all contractual closeout requirements are satisfied.Assist with final billing and project reconciliation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
