The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the full lifecycle execution of hyperscale and edge data center construction projects, establishing and managing program-wide standards, and ensuring the delivery of world-class facilities. This executive will have a pivotal role in the company's U.S. operations, with a focus on ground-up construction, commissioning, and delivery. The role demands a seasoned construction leader with a passion for scale, complexity, and legacy-building, who can thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and is dedicated to upholding the highest quality and safety standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in data center construction or critical infrastructure projects, with a proven track record in leadership roles. The role requires expertise in general contracting, electrical contracting, or construction management, and the ability to operate in international or cross-cultural environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at budgeting, forecasting, and cost estimating, and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with an advanced degree and professional certifications being a plus.
