Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM–2:00
PMJob Summary: Our client is seeking a dependable Production Builder / Manufacturing Assembler for its Arlington, TX operation. This is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for preparing materials, building and assembling parts, molding components, taking measurements, and completing finishing work according to established production procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, measuring equipment, rubber and fabric materials, and detailed manufacturing instructions. Training is provided for position-specific processes.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and prepare parts, materials, and tools for production. Weigh, measure, and cut materials used in the lamination process. Verify setup lights and check mandrel dimensions. Build and assemble parts according to prescribed procedures and Manufacturing Instruction Plans (MIPs).Mold and disassemble parts as required by the production process. Trim, buff, and repair parts as needed. Measure components and accurately record measurements in the MIP.Inspect work to maintain established production and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety procedures and exercise stop-work authority when necessary. Perform additional production duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience: Entry-level opportunity; previous manufacturing experience is not required. General exposure to a manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
Nice-to-Have: Experience Manufacturing or production assembly experience. Experience working with rubber, fabric, lamination, molding, or similar materials. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Required Skills: Measurement & Basic Math: Ability to use rulers and tape measures and perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Production & Assembly: Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions and build parts while maintaining production and quality standards. Attention to Detail & Safety: Ability to perform precise work, accurately document measurements, and consistently follow workplace safety procedures.

Appropriate training and safety procedures apply.
Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling, as well as prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting. Employees may frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Lifting over 30 pounds is performed with assistance. The manufacturing environment may be warmer during summer months and colder during winter months.
