About the role
Driving critical cross-functional initiatives, the remote Chairman Programs Lead will operate with autonomy to translate high-level goals into actionable programs, influence stakeholders, and manage projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Architect strategic programs by translating goals into structured workstreams with defined owners and timelines
Drive execution of initiatives from kickoff to outcomes, maintaining a rigorous pace and attention to detail
Align stakeholders across various levels and functions, fostering accountability through clarity and collaboration Required qualifications 3-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, in Biz Ops at a tech company, or in a strategy/Chief of Staff role
Proven ability to drive complex, multi-organizational initiatives to completion
Strong structured logic in thinking, precision in writing, and ability to synthesize insights in communication
Experience in building systems and frameworks rather than just creating presentations
Ability to lead without positional authority, earning trust and alignment through clarity and quality
