Role Description: The Commercial Appliances Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and growing sales of commercial appliances to business clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing key accounts, conducting virtual product presentations and demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, collaborate with internal teams on pricing and inventory, and track sales performance against targets. This role also involves creating sales plans, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to leadership to refine business strategy and improve customer experience.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, account management, and closing deals. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support clients and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to develop strategies, forecast sales, and analyze market opportunities. Candidates should have experience with remote selling tools, CRM platforms, and basic data analysis for sales reporting. Background in commercial appliances, equipment, or related industrial products is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet or exceed performance goals.
