About the role
Farmina North America is seeking a Follow Up Pet Nutritionist/Customer Service to support pet parents, drive sales, and help manage the health and well-being of their pets. You will report to the Customer Service Manager in North America.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
