About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead the development of the necessary people, systems, and culture for its ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the sales organization, including sales strategy, organizational structure, recruiting, coaching, and leadership development. This role demands a strategic and execution-oriented leader who is data-driven and capable of fostering a sales culture defined by professionalism, accountability, and results. The Vice President will also be instrumental in aligning sales and marketing efforts, and enhancing the customer experience from initial inquiry to closing.
