About the role
- Executive Support for the Managing Partner
- Manage the Managing Partner's inbox, including triaging, prioritizing, and drafting correspondence as needed
- Coordinate all aspects of business and personal travel, including itineraries, bookings, and related logistics
- Provide personal assistance and support with a range of day-to-day matters, including the selection and coordination of gifts
- Support financial management, including personal and business expense management
- Serve as a liaison with the Managing Partner's outside personal and professional service providers as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and financial matters
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives or partners
- Demonstrated experience handling complex personal financial matters
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Proficiency with standard office and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Suite)
