About the role

Axon is seeking a Manager, Hardware Validation on the Product Integrity team in Phoenix. You will lead a team of validation engineers, own the hardware validation plan from requirements through production, and ensure products meet functional, environmental, reliability and safety standards. You will partner with Hardware, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory teams, drive test plans for functional, environmental, EMC/EMI, and reliability tests, and mentor engineers while pushing
