Care Personal Beauty zoekt een Sales Manager die zowel richting geeft als zelf op pad gaat. Je stuurt een team van zes commerciële medewerkers aan en bouwt aan nieuwe partnerships terwijl je de salons helpt groeien in België en internationaal. Je bewaakt de commerciële targets en pipeline, coacht het team en blijft dicht bij de markt zodat de klantenkring en Salons ambassadeurs worden. Een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte aanpak staat centraal.
