Business ClassificationsB2BSAASEnterpriseAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to senior leadership in its global partnerships function. The role will drive planning cycles, operating rhythms, governance, and performance tracking, while leading strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing executive briefings, supporting resource and workforce planning, and strengthening communication and alignment across distributed teams. The Chief of Staff will also contribute to organizational development, hiring, team engagement, and culture.
Candidates should have at least eight years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role; experience in partnerships, alliances, channels, or business development is preferred. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, program management, communication, and executive stakeholder skills are required, along with sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Familiarity with SaaS business models and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
