Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support its Legal Talent Office within the Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of educational and professional development programs for attorneys across the organization. The position combines program logistics, attorney communications, vendor coordination, and on-site event support in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate educational and professional development programs for attorneys across practice groups and seniority levels. Manage logistics for short-term CLE programs as well as larger and multi-day training initiatives. Maintain the learning and development calendar and coordinate scheduling directly with attorneys and presenters. Communicate program details, respond to inquiries, and manage related correspondence. Coordinate program logistics with internal teams supporting conference rooms, technology, catering, security, and media. Coordinate external vendors, including scheduling, materials, logistics, and other program requirements. Attend programs and provide hands-on onsite support, resolving logistical or operational issues as they arise. Coordinate CLE requirements, including CLE codes, attendance documentation, and sign-in materials. Coordinate staffing coverage and assign support personnel when multiple programs occur simultaneously. Maintain accurate program and firm/client information while following applicable information security requirements. Support continuous improvement of learning and development processes and program execution.
