The firm has a strong commercial real estate practice representing developers, owners, and investors across complex transactions involving acquisitions, development, financing, construction, leasing, and dispositions, with experience spanning industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.
Position Overview: The Real Estate Transactional Attorney will lead complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing. Working alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys, the successful candidate will have significant experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, debt and equity financing, and leasing matters while serving as a trusted advisor to regional and national clients.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, joint venture agreements, financing documents, and other transactional contracts. Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ground-up development, construction financing, title and survey matters, and land use considerations across a variety of commercial asset classes. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence, analyze title and survey issues, identify transaction risks, and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions. Manage complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing while collaborating with clients, lenders, developers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. +3 yearsof Commercial Real Estate Transactional Experience Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client relationship management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple transactions while working collaboratively within a team. Salary & Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from$200,000–$320,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
