Move-in Coordinator

In-House Marketing CoordinatorAs an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation and smooth transition of new residents into the community. You will communicate with prospective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, and housekeeping. You will serve as the point person for every move from start to finish, working closely with the sales team and management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary contact for community toursAssists with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use, show rooms are ready to show, develops and maintains a marketing tour book for the community, takes depositsCollects all necessary paperwork required for closing and distributes the paperwork to the necessary stakeholdersWorks in conjunction with the other team members to ensure accurate reporting of occupancy, reservations and upcoming move-outsPrepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accuratelyWorks with Operations to ensure available inventory is show ready for Marketing DirectorEnsure room readiness, purchase resident supplies, bedding, decor, lampsMake room and mailbox keysMake welcome signs on the doors and name tags for door plaquesCompletely and accurately follow the new move-in checklistPrepare all necessary paperwork and build the new resident administrative fileCreate and maintain the Resident DirectoryCoordinate introductions to department heads at the communityRegularly checks in on the new resident on a weekly basisThe incumbent in this position has no supervisory responsibilitiesEducation/Experience/CredentialsBachelor's degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substituteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficiency in MS Office systemsAbility and willingness to report to work on time and ready for work on each scheduled day.Exceptional analytical skillsExceptional Customer Service skillsExceptional ability to prioritize tasks and to work on multiple assignments at the same time (multi-task).Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the concepts of providing outstanding customer care.Ability to work independently on complex assignmentsBenefits:Dental PlanVision PlanHealth InsuranceCritical Illness andAccident Coverage401(k) Retirement Savings PlanHealth and Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending (FSAs)Paid Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Bereavement LeaveTuition reimbursementTeam Member Referral ProgramSpot Pet Insurance up to 20% discount for employeesPay rate is $24-$28 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
