Position Title:
Licensed Associate Counselor. ResponsibilitiesNew patient intake and orientation
Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
Conduct individual sessions
Facilitate groups with patients
Address patient concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
Provide case management
Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
Document in patient medical recordRequirementsMust have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
Active mental health license or certification, clean and active
New graduates welcome
Experience conducting group sessions
Flexibility and willingness are great attributesScheduleFull Time
Monday - Friday
1PM - 9:30PMCompensation
Hourly rate competitive with experience and location.
