About the Role: Attento Rugs is a Miami-based luxury custom rug company working with leading interiordesigners, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients. We work with productionpartners around the world to create highly customized rugs for residential, hospitality, marine, and commercial projects. We are looking for a Sales & Production Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This isan early-career project management position with a clear opportunity for growth. The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Design, and Production, ensuring that projects, information, samples, timelines, and orders move smoothly from one team to the next. Production & Project Coordination• Support custom rug projects from approved design through production, transit anddelivery to client.• Work directly with our international production partners through email, Whats App, andother communication channels.• Assist with purchase orders and production documentation.• Working with the Production Director, confirm pricing, artwork, specifications, quantities, and lead times with producers.• Track production schedules, samples, approvals, and deadlines.• Proactively follow up with suppliers. Identify potential delays or problems.• Maintain production reports and accurate project information.• Review CADs and production information, connecting with the Design Dept. whenneeded.• Coordinate incoming samples, including quality control, photography, labeling, andpreparation for delivery or Fed Ex.• Track freight and logistics through arrival to client destination. Sales Support This role is the connection between Sales and Production. You will make sure Sales has theinformation they need to effectively manage client relationships.• Provide Sales with production status, sample updates, timelines, and other projectinformation.• Track outstanding information, approvals, samples, and action items.• Maintain sales leads and project information in our CRM.• Help identify sales opportunities that require follow-up.• Assist with presentations, meetings, invoices, and sales-related paperwork.• Keep samples and sales support materials organized and up to date.• Confirm that Sales has accurate information with nothing falling through the cracksbetween Sales, Design and Production.
What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a strong projectmanager and take on increasing responsibility. You are:• Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.• A quick learner who retains information.• Proactive and comfortable following up until something gets done.• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.• A clear and professional communicator.• Naturally curious and interested in learning how things work.• Comfortable working independently and knowing when to ask questions.• Accountable and dependable. Previous experience in project coordination, operations, purchasing, interiors, architecture, hospitality, textiles, furniture, or another detail-oriented field is a plus, but industry experienceis not required.
Qualifications: • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Excellent attention to detail.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.• Professional written and spoken English.• Full-time, on-site availability in Miami Shores.
